Hi drimzi, I am trying to understand the zoom ratio in relation to games. Looking at your formula its basing the coefficient FOV on 106.26 fov (90 fov 4:3). So having 106.26 as a hipfire fov, and your aim down sights FOV scaled based on the zoom ratio coefficient, it should give the same radial speed between both corresponding arcs (your hipfire and aim-down sight fov)???? I apologize my math is not too strong, I just want to understand your thinking here. Are you saying this method might be more optimal than your original viewspeed method??
