  1. Hey there, semi-recent website fan and first time poster here. Hope "Technical Discussion" is the correct place for this post. Background: About a month or two ago I was verifying the calculator's accuracy (it usually is, and when it's not it's most likely my error) with a ruler and I got a discrepancy, so I altered the sensitivity to match the 360 distance it gave me. I then later did the same in somewhat of disbelief in a tried and true game and noticed that my 360 distance is an inch shorter. Trying this in several 3D applications it was true across the board that my mouse was going ever so slightly faster. Ended buying a new mouse because my old one was beginning to fray and show signs of wear anyhow and hoped it would fix it. Which it didn't. Leading me to now, scouring Google search and mouse settings hoping that poking the thing gently will find a problem to no avail. (Tested on G502... Proteus Core, I think. New one is G502 Hero, not a big sample size I know but I like the mouse. Using the Logitech Gaming Software tool to test different DPI's and polling rates for changes) So I decided that might as well ask around here, couldn't hurt. Is this a normal thing with an easy fix? Or am I doomed to a niche problem that I'll have to valiantly test on more PC's and mice or something along those lines. Thought it'd be safer to ask here before messing with drivers and system configs that could break things. Thanks for taking the time to read. My best guess is some strange tiny acceleration from some unknown software bit in my Windows 10. Also-Also not a huge deal this is a livable annoyance. Just increase the DPI by 50 if I want it close to what it was or live with the new one. But my curiosity is stronger than my laziness in this case.
