Just wanted to post an update on setting the FOV using a method than the in-game menu. You can set it in the Registry under "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\The Fun Pimps\7 Days To Die" OptionsGfxFOV_h4285148883 just modify the file with the value given for your FOV setting. (I have also updated the PC Gaming Wiki with this information)

Second Extinction uses the Apex Engine so till we get official support for it try using the same settings as it recommends for Rage 2 since it's the same engine and should be similar.
