Hello,
I want to apologize in advance for the long wall of text, but if anyone can help me that would be really really appreciated, as i have been struggling with this for a long time.
My normal CS:GO settings: 1.2 sensitivity @ 400 DPI.
I noticed converting that to Hip fire sensitivity in other games is not viable, as it is too slow, so i decided to set my Hip fire sensitivity in all FPS games except CS:GO according to the 360 distance. (while also adjusting the hip fire FOV in other FPS's to be the same in CS:GO) In CS:GO, the 360 sensitivity is 2.4 at 400 DPI (this is what i use to convert from).
For example, when i am trying to calculate my hip fire sensitivity in Deadside, I convert from my 360 CS:GO settings, and calculate the "all" sensitivity in deadside, And when calculating my ADS in deadside, i convert from my normal CS:GO settings of 1.2 sensitivity and 400 DPI and calculate the "ADS iron sight" sensitivity in the calculator , I am doing this so that my ADS sensitivity is exactly half of my 360 sensitivity. (while also adjusting the FOV in deadside to be similar to CS:GO).
And so i would like to have a universal hip fire sensitivity for all my games according to the 360 distance, and an ADS sensitivity half of my 360 sensitivity, but i am having trouble achieving that in other FPS games such as in Escape from tarkov, as the game only offers 2 mouse settings, which are hip fire and aiming, however i have no clue how to set my aiming sensitivity in that game so that it is half of my hip fire.
Maybe i am doing my calculations wrong? if someone can please guide me how to make my ADS sensitivity half of my 360 sensitivity, so that i can incorporate that in all my FPS games that would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much.
