Pixel skipping is what happens when your mouse is moving more dots per inch than the hardware can actually go, ie 400dpi mouse moving at 800 dpi you can find this on the overwatch form windows pointer speed does not effect all games the games depend on the mouse dpi

I think its better to go with lower dpi one their something called pixel skipping the higher your dpi the more pixels you skip
