    I think that command for RawInput is broken or inverted. Because with set to "0" I have no mouse filter or acceleration or lag. With set to "1" a feel acceleration and lag. Most importantly all vehicles are much hard to control/aim. For example at BattleField 4 i have no problem with set to "1" or any another game.
