As a CS player, until they fixed everything I'd advice you do the calc with your CS sens (in my case 1.88 400 dpi raw on) to fortnite (360 & ingame) and stick with that number it gives you for Ingame, they change the setting file a lot lately, and putting them read only seems to screw things over. For me it's 0.07 and I just slide it as Close to 0.07 before it swaps to 0.08 I can (because doing the calc with cs 1.90 instead of my 1.88 it will give me 0.08) and yes, it does feel like the small increments ingame, matter. I always open note++ (%LOCALAPPDATA%\FortniteGame\Saved\Config\WindowsClient) and make sure bDisableMouseAcceleration=True and bShowGrass=False is as I write them here, save it, Then open then game. Put scoped and targeting to 95% ingame and you're About as close as you'll get. I do and have been paid to play CS and this is what I've chosed to live with, till they fix their sliders n shitt it feels Almost as my cs scene and since the game is so fast paced, it doesn't seem to effect my muscle memory in CS. Hope it helps everyone. and do feel free to ask/debunk me, because this annoys the hell out of me too that I just can't get a 1:1 calc and be done with it... but this is the best solution, as a "semi/pro" player I've come up with and I can hit my shots in both games, so. Try it. happy fraggin'! And the recent changes to the Engine file fucked some of fps tweak settings too, for my rig; these are the best: as a CSGO (semi/pro) I care more about seing people than a blurry pretty background. This seem to give me the most fps while still having a good looking game (i7 6700k non oc'd atm, gtx 1070)

Ye i saw the patch notes, however i'd say wait until we get to try it after it drops.

fortnite had a update today adding sliders for targeting And scoped sens Wooo! Hope it's easy to add since I take it's just a multiplier they added
-
Unfortunately the game doesn't maintain a great ratio when it comes to different scopes, so for example when you use a red dot the viewspeed is the preferred 70-75% value, however sniper scopes and such seems to be too fast. Nothing to really do about it, it's on Ubisoft's end Personally i feel the aim sens is great when it comes to iron sights and red dots.

PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS (PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds)

@DPI Wizard Did you get the time to check if the vertical sens is lower than horizontal? -

@DPI Wizard Just a quick question for ya. It feels to me like the vertical sensitivity is slower than the horizontal sensitivity. I've tested around with 80 fov and 103, could you confirm this?. And also, is the sensitivity in any way tied to FPS, as it seems to sometimes be inconsistent ingame -

I would suggest using viewspeed for muscle memory, however the principle is still the same. It's because of the different FOV's -

Assuming you are using viewspeed, the sensitivities are different because of the different FOV's between 3rd person and 1st person. It does gripe me a little bit that the FOV slider ingame is not universal and pretty much only affects 1st person targeting and hipfire. What i did to keep it the same across all boards is lower my FOV ingame to 80 which will match the 1st and 3rd person sensitivities until they somehow change it. -
Fuckin hell, i even wrote in that post. One thing i hate is the people that use the "Realism" excuse for mouse mechanics... It's ridiculous
-
Last i tested it, the sensitivity didn't change with armor, i just went in the other day to test if the sensitivities are still off with the different ironsights, which they are. But i don't think they implemented armor changing sens... If that gets implemented i'm not gonna play the game.
-
You might want to wait a lil bit, some of the ironsights, which all have the same FOV doesn't have the same ADS sens. i've been trying to get discussions going in the forums on it, but it doesn't seem like people even notice the problem.

Forum upgraded | Version 6.0
Traxilla replied to DPI Wizard's topic in Feedback, suggestions and bugs
Jesus christ. This was a really needed upgraded, looks so slick now -
site is slow and unresponsive
Traxilla replied to jordanspartain's topic in Feedback, suggestions and bugs
Just to add onto this. The site isn't "slow" in a sense, however it does have abit of hiccups sometimes for me atleast, i've tried 3 times where the CSS didn't load, and sometimes where it took a while "5-9 seconds, yes that is uncommon for me xD" to load it, however it isn't something that should put people off the site, as if you use this site, you use it for a reason, and you wouldn't really go anywhere else. It's noticable, but it's not "bad" -
+1 for shattered skies my friend!
-
EDIT. Sent in a private message instead EDIT2. As always, the Wizard fixes whatever problems that might arise! Best site ever
-
Yeah man, big props to the crew, been using the site for ages, and it never fails to give correct calculations!
-
Could you possibly add hurtworld my friend? Edit - Scratch that, bad game D:

Something just feels a little bit off. I use 1 sens and 400 dpi in CSGO. I used the normal conversion "not the simple one you added" which with 50 ADS sens gave me MouseSensitivityMultiplierUnit=0.00256 I found out that with a Hipfire sens of 30 converted from the same 1 sens and 400 dpi also gave me MouseSensitivityMultiplierUnit=0.00256 So i tried to use 30 Hipfire sens, and 50 ADS sens ingame with the MultiplierUnit of 0.00256... The hipfire sens feels right, however when i aim down sights, it just feels waaay too slow. I can't wrap my head around what could be causing this?

Rainbow Six: Siege M8 Open beta is up now, You can download it through Uplay, would appreciate if it would be added, thank ye mate
-
Know the feeling mate :/. Coding in C#, HTML, CSS and Javascript myself D: Coding can be the must fun hobby ever, but theres always that 1 line of code that just won't work, and takes hours to fix But good to see you're keeping in there mate!
-
Heya! How far are you with this my friend?
-
Oooh, that actually sounds like the ultimate convert to be fair then ;D. I would be happy with that
-
In my personal opinion, i would be very happy with the ratio mode, and then be able to convert that from Osu! into another game. "Calculation of distance to move the mouse to cross the entire screen, and convert this to new settings" By converting to a new setting, do you mean converting the distance from 1 side of the monitor to the other, as 360 degrees in other games?
-
No matter what, people are gonna be comfortable with different settings, so using the settings of somebody else is not mostly not gonna work for everyone Question. If you're a low sens player with 62 cm, then what am i with 96.2 cm?

Dayuum! Always one step ahead of me
