Am I doing this right?
Every game I ever touched I always did the same thing, I put the mouse to the edge on my mousepad and moved it to the other side and match the distance in every shooter I play. I used to be able to match my sens good enough for flicks to hit.
In Apex I'm struggling to hit any of my flicks for the life of me. Sometimes I even try to track somebody, "especially inside Bloodhounds Ultimate", and all of a sudden it feels way too slow.
When I put in Overwatch (I did change the sens from CS:GO to OW) I get 1.51 as ADS. Why is this number changing, I want it to be 1:1 so flicking somebody is consistent.
Putting in Counterstrike 1.6 (640, sens 0.5, 800DPI, which is the sensitivity I use for every game), converting it to 1x Scope / ADS the calculator spits out
ADS Mouse Sensitivity Multiplier 1.90
This is wrong, this makes the ADS sensitivity be much faster than hip fire. I actually cover more distance ingame with 1.9 than with hipfire.
Inside the game both solutions feel too fast, I must be missing something
Tracking and flicking seem fine with hipfire, but once I ADS the struggle begins.
