When I click redeem now it sends me to a page that doesn't exist -- might want to look into it

I did the gift card and I get this error when trying to redeem it : Sorry, there is a problem The page you requested does not exist Error code: 2S100/6

I am just unable to select the option -- it will only give me a card option -- and I would like to pay with my balance
