Is it not possible for a more accurate setup through a config file?

What I did is deleted the folder and ran the game which redownloaded the files I needed and that seemed to fix the issue. Thank you for the help and I apologize if this isn't the right place to post this.

For some reason the fields don't quite match up in the config file vs what is shown in the converter. For example, the converter claims there is an option in the config for a 6x scope, but the actual config file doesn't have a 6x option, only 16. There are a few others like this. Am I missing something?
