  1. I saw a video about rust where this guy typed a similar command into the console for it to change the sensitivity value while aiming and return to normal after and figured it possible in other games too. I'd rather have that than a DPI shift script but I'll take that if there's no other option available.
  2. I have the Aerox 3 Wireless. I've already checked in the software as I had done this on my G Pro before but it doesn't have such a feature, unfortunately. Also, it's CoD: World at War
  3. Hi, I was to have my game sensitivity increase while im RMB (aiming down sight) is pressed and revert back to normal once I let go. I have no knowledge of scripting so I'll post the binds and I hope you guys can help me figure out the rest. What I've got so far is: bind MOUSE2 "+speed_throw;+sensitivity 0.38;sensitivity 0.74;" What the binds mean: +speed_throw = Aim Down sight MOUSE2 = RMB It would be amazing if someone could help me with this, you have no idea how much I'd appreciate it.
  4. UPDATE: they seem to have removed the config file for the game so at this time, this fix no longer works. I'm hoping they add the config file back. I don't think they will but we'll see.
  5. Noooo, that sucks so bad. Now I can't make 1600 DPI feel like 800 when looking left and right with MMB. Thank you for looking, I hope they add it back.
  6. Has anyone else found that after the latest update, changes to shared.ini have no effect in game? I think it now uses a different config file as I have deleted shared.ini and launched the game yet no new file has been created. I have also searched my entire PC for 'shared.ini' but no other file was found. Please can we get an update on the new config file location?
  7. Hey, So I like to play on 3200 DPI but this is a pain in Tarkov because then you HAVE to use the config file every time you want to change sens and you turn to fast when holding middle mouse to look left and right. Well, I've found a way to get the numbers you need for the sensitivity within the in-game range while at high DPI and also lower the speed at which you turn while using the middle mouse function: simply open the config file shared.ini as you would to change your sens normally and then search for 'TurnY' and 'TurnX' and lower the first two 'sensitivity' values. (there are also a 'LookX' and 'LookY' but I didn't find any change from these, leave them be, it can be easy to get mixed up) Depending on what DPI you use depends on how much you will want to lower this. For me, as I use 3200 DPI and the value is '5.0' by default, I lowered this by a factor of 10. This makes sense for me as it also lowers my sensitivity by a factor of 10 (your sensitivity will be lowered by however much you lower this value) and my sensitivity for hipfire WAS 0.075 and for ADS 0.04, making it a much more reasonable 0.75 for hipfire and 0.4 for ADS now. Meaning if I change armor, I no longer have to quit the game, edit the config file and relaunch. I can just do it in-game. Note: whatever you adjust the default sensitivity of 5.0 by is how much you need to adjust the sensitivity you get by using the calculator by. For example, I divided my 5.0 value by 10, so I multiplied my sensitivity by 10. So if you divide the 5.0 by 2, making it 2.5, you multiply your sensitivity by 2 and so-on and so-forth.
  8. nevermind, fixed it, my bad.
  9. Hi, the sensitivity values are way off for me. I'm trying to get 40cm/360 at 1600 DPI but it's more like 8cm/360
  10. Hi, every time I try to do my sensitivity for World at War it always ends up faster in game than the distance I selected. I've got WPS set to 6/11 and FOV doesn't effect it so I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Please could you help me? I want my hipfire to be 43cm at 800 DPI and I use an FOV changer to set it to 120 in the campaign
  11. Name: Flashpoint Website: (10) FLASHPOINT - Roblox Status: open alpha Release date: roughly a few days ago, I'm not sure of the exact day Availability: Free
  12. Hi, as the title suggests I was wondering if there's a way to change my sens in the config file which will immediately apply in game. So far, when I change it in the config I have to restart the game for it to be applied. Have I been doing that unnecessarily? I hope there's an easier way because you have to change it depending on the armor you use
  13. Hi, I'm trying to setup my sensitivity for BF3 but it doesn't have ADS settings so I'm setting up my mouse to toggle a higher DPI while RMb is pressed in order to get the cm/360cm i want. Is there an easy way to calculate this or will I have to use the old school method of trail and error while measuring with a tape measure?
  14. I tried editing the options file to increase fov limit and ADS limit but when I searched for "name": "FPP_MouseZoomFactor", and "name": "FieldOfView", it found no results. I also tried increasing the max value in the normal config file that you change your sensitivity in but when I launched the game it returned it to its default values. Any help on this please?
  15. Is it possible to edit the sensitivity more precisely using something like Cheat Engine to use higher DPI?
  16. With the iron sights of the bolt actions like the Gewher (excuse my spelling) and the Kar. That's good, now the ADS will fit what I use as I always hold, thank you
  17. Hipfire is now spot on but the ADS is still way off... much faster than it should be. Somewhere between 10-20cm off. I went old-school with a tape measure
  18. Thanks, I'll try it when I get back to my PC and report back.
  19. I don't think the calculations for this game are correct, i could be doing something wrong though. I use 3200 DPI and 34cm for hipfire adn 50cm for ADS. I got the values 0.155637 for hipfire and 1.711766 for ADS. Although these prove to be way higher in game. I've manually found through trail and error 0.125 for hipfire and 1.5 multiplier to be somewhat close. Am I doing something wrong?
  20. THIS IS FANTASTIC, THANK YOU! Is there a way to keep these sensitivity settings so I don't have to use cheat engine everytime i play the game?
  21. I've just realised, this wont affect the way the mouse works in games not affected by WPS, right? Only desktop? You goddamn genius, thank you ^^
  22. I think I'm going to keep my WPS at 6/11 then as I'm a stickler for everything working perfectly, thank you
