  1. im using this (since you are using an unreasonably high fov in apex that kind of limits its potential in your case since it will turn half of your screen into black bars in order to match the given focal length ) https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=205874c9cdedc5c996809375e6aa1e49 if you were on smth like 90 fov the change in res wouldn#t even be noticeable while 110 (which is more than 120 horizontal fov compared to destinies 100hfov)cuts your screen size by a lot you could tr matching hipfire at 0% or 100% mdh that can work for some others don't like it
  2. https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=75ccd3b236534e5083e993580b8320e7 this one would match hipfire 360 and fov (destiny is kind of sketchy when it comes to the fov part but this should do) as well as the scope
  3. i just double checked the instructions that came with the kovak tool and i might have been a bit hasty consider this resolved for now
  4. hipfire 360 distance it seems to differ in position every other rotation (seems rather random after having done more testing ) would have loved to see you being able to reproduce this (im using the kovak 360 macro)
  5. (only tested hipfire) after today's patch, the hipfire 360 seems to have turned inconsistent (game bug not calculator @DPI Wizard)
  6. go check this out, 1:1 is a relative term
  7. this is not a cheat software site settings wont reduce recoil unless a game is programmed badly having uniform settings across multiple games can help with improving your movement and aim alike but for helping you, sharing your settings( hipfire/ scope/fov...) in a given game is more important than your hardware specs (i don't really need to know that you are using a laptop) if you are looking for a point to start at id recommend either 1. looking up psa method on YouTube, or 2. using a hipfire distance of 20-60 cm/360 depending on what games you play and scope values based on the https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/forums/topic/6396-instructions/
  8. the issue has little to do with 3rd person games and more with the average fov being lower in those kind of games you can try 360 distance which will feel faster than overwatch ,usually id use to counteract that but due to the tiny fov it reduces your resolution and thus screen size too much to be of great use . or one of the monitor distance options 133%vert , 100% hor , ... the actual value used mostly ends up being preference all of this is strictly hipfire related when it comes to ads and scopes 0% is the go to
  9. might just have to get rid of my habit of double clicking the values when copying them , true true
  10. like the integration , although i must say id prefer having one standalone button "use in the aimtrainer" over having every value serve as a hyperlink ( kind of makes life more difficult if i keep accidentally opening the aim trainer while trying to copy values.)
  11. i just mentioned that part because i noticed the changed fov that didn't really make any sense <- all o the first should do just replace the second overwatch with any other game once you are used to using 0% there shouldn't be a "change " in feeling might just take a while initially
  12. the concept behind 0% matching has multiple names ranging from focal-length , visuomotor (apex uses it by default , siege added it lately after being petitioned to do so for about a year call of duty used this as its default for a decent amount of time before switching to 1.333 /133%mdv (you can still set it to 0.0000 and get 0%mdh/mdv) a complication with 0% would be matching your desktop to your in game sense which in theory sounds great but doesn't seem to work for many when using 0% most tend to prefer matching desktop to hipfire using 100%mdh paired with a 0% ads /scope . in the end it boils down to preference ,although 0% for ads and scopes would be the ideal as long as your base sens is reasonable to begin with one of the reason many players tend to struggle the most when trying to adapt to this would be their hipfire sitting at 50/60 cm making any zoom excruciatingly slow. (there is the i use the same 360 distance for everything fraction that adamantly defends using the same 360 on all zoom levels but event those knuckleheads usually end up understanding that that method of theirs isn't smart after some time ) feel free to front me on this part i used to be one of those for some time when i first started using the calculator and forums ---------------------------------------------------------------------- as an example for what i described earlier this is my desktop to hipfire https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=24fed31c01dc0757db926740699edb19 as well as game to game conversion https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=6217765b9c82630651754b37bd693fa6 i only really have to replace the bottom game ( on the game to game )once i have done the first one i try to match the hipfire fov when possible (this one is in game 90 in apex legends , the games scale is a bit messed up ) since that really helps with the whole mobility and movement aspect when having the same 360 distance on hip fire i mostly use 0% for the uniformity across all zoom levels (really no going back once you are used to it )
  13. you don't have to manually match anything this is already the correct way just use all and use the given values the calculator does the rest for you . https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=19a3c605c14fb8e5fa4f20dd6ac4b715 this would be what you would do if you wanted to play apex legends with your overwatch sens the only time you want to have the same distance is when you have got the same field of view. ( if the fov is different as in scopes matching the distance will not feel the same so we use what some call 0% / visumotor / focal length for the most consistent experience ) the distance changed based on the change in fov the feel stays the same
  14. https://discord.gg/fywzVHkEtv https://discord.gg/kovaak there is a bunch of decent info in these two here
  15. 50 on all scopes on the current system , which was implemented after large amounts of users from this forum created an r6 to get that implemented in the first place is the ideal and equivalent to 0% monitor distance . ^mine is set up like his and works flawless you dont have to bother with fov types just use what you want to use say you like playing overwatch or valorant set auto fov to this and never bother to match fov Again prefer csgo
  16. https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/forums/topic/6396-instructions/
  17. 0% = siege at 50= coefficient 0 1.0 high/low zoom in cod = apex legends default ads if you actually want consistent inputs that can be achieved ,you might just have to get used it .
  18. these have some decent info on that topic , am I right in thinking that resolution does not affect mouse sensitivity in game as long as the aspect ratio is the same (1080p = 1440p = 4k)... but only affects your mouse on the desktop due to scaling? -> it is a noticeable difference (although most 1440p screens are 27inch which is another noticeable change coming from a 24,5 inch 1080p screen) most of it has more to do with perceived sens than it has to do with distance . in that specific case just adapting to a new sens might be the easier choice especially given that his mouse control is alright
  19. nothing personal but at this point i have tried to explain this to you twice if you still haven't grasped what my criticism of your concept is, i can only suggest you take another look back at what i said and try to understand good luck m8
  20. " i think i know " ^that part is very apparent i understand what you are trying to achieve and how you are trying to achieve it i'm just flabbergasted at the concept of you thinking that this will get you anywhere red would be a logical concept green is yours ----------------------
  21. --> you aren't supposed to not ads when shooting -> you are supposed to line up your shot have proper cross hair placement with hip fire because that is exactly what you do in csgo or any other fps out there . you don't need to have the same fov in ads and hipfire your aug or awp in csgo doesnt have the same fov so why should your scope in siege l 75% (133.33333...% vertical) will compensate for that anyway . so 90 or 82 or 73.74 whatever it does not matter you still miss my point here you are trying to "compensating" something you don't have to "compensate " it does matter since you might have already noticed that drones feel different since they are the same as your hipfire essentially you are trying to math your way out of an redundant issue you created for yourself in the first place
  22. https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=5912793bf0a4074ea1418e5cab4a7429 with the new ads system you can use all the scopes you jsut want to use 133.333 vertical or 75%hor (still the same thing) for your scopes since that scales them all by the same amount <-- no need to do this whatsoever the drones movement is bound to your hipfire there is no point in matching your siege scope with csgo hipfire when you spend so much time running around /droning etc using the hipfire fov you are holding yourself back when using this method ( was outdated and not well thought through even back when it was first posted on reddit )
  23. if you know then don't set it up this way match your hipfire fov not your ads fov ^that whole idea is such a latam thing to do and its not helpfull whatsoever https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=a1689851709a99add020ce5c69d142b8 you want the same hipfire 360 for the movement as well as the cross hair placement
  24. there is a reason i added his to my previous post
  25. <- this can be so helpful , it gives you a link so we can actually see your conversion setup and not just your results / what you choose to share i am assuming that you are aware that csgo 90 is siege 73.74 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=4387b033ec202b9ca19799fc01b8b108 ^click on this link enter your csgo hipfire (just my own value as a placeholder ) next thing is makes sure your dpi matches or simply change the dpi to what you are using then you press give it a nice name make it your default press add and you are set up
