You get different 360 distances because desktop to game takes FOV into account. When the FOV is different, the distance needed to move the crosshair to an object at the edge of your screen changes as well, so the converter compensates for this. The goal of the desktop to game converter is to make this movement consistent, regardless og FOV, resolution and aspect ratio.
