  1. How did you change FOV in CSGO? Are you playing streched? What resolution in PUBG? Viewspeed is the one that should work best.
  2. Targeting is when you hold right mouse button the view is locked over either left or right shoulder in 3rd person, while Scoping is when you click right mouse button and aim down sights (ADS) either without a scope, or with holo or red dot attachment. Weapons differ slightly here, but assault rifles are used for calculations.
  3. I changed the default FOV from 75.6 to 76 in the calculator, so calculations will be slightly different. It will probably change again when they implement the possibility to change FOV in the game.
  4. The DPI for Windows rounds the number to the nearest 50, so if you try 8.3, you will get 450 DPI. But there is missing an indication of this discrepancy, I will put that on the todo list.
  5. It should technically be identical, but, but as WhoCares point out factors like screen size and distance may affect the perceived sensitivity. As with 60Hz vs 144Hz, 144Hz will feel snappier and more responsive, although they are exactly the same (unless the game is affected by framerate),
  6. Since the FOV in Quake Champions is so wide, matching either Monitor Distance or Viewspeed to a game like Overwatch will result in a very different 360 distance. Especially if you convert 0% Monitor Distance. At 100% it's closer to 20 cm.
  7. Added it now, but unfortunately it does not support any more than two decimals at the moment.
  8. Just added! View full update
  9. I've forced everything over to HTTPS now, please report if you have any issues!
  10. The login form is actually already in https if you look at the source: You will still get a warning however, since it's server through an http page, and there's a theoretical possibility someone can redirect your login information. But that would require this entire site being hacked and taken control over. So I would say it's safe to use as it is, and I'm working on fixing it so everything is going through https very soon.
  11. Will do!
  12. Just updated it, and added scopes to the calculations.
  13. If you leave everything at default with USA, it is the same as matching Monitor Distance 75%. It's close to Viewspeed, but Viewspeed is dynamic (depending on FOV), and is usually between 60% and 70% Monitor Distance. And yes, the calculator assumes you are using USA when you select a scope.
  14. It's quite a long read, but check out this thread where the conversion method comes from thanks to some members. In short, it uses the chord length as a constant, and converts to and from it based on the difference between it and the arc length. I will make video explaining it at a later point.
  15. Actually, since you are playing with black bars, it would make more sense to enter the actual resolution of the monitor so you get the 16:9 aspect ratio in the calculations. The reason for this is that the calculator assumes the actual monitor is 4:3, so it will calculate as if the black bars are the edge of the monitor (which is wrong). If you played with 4:3 stretched, then entering 800x600 would be correct.
  16. Try with Viewspeed, it's a bit "smarter" than 360 distance.
  17. This is correct... ...but this is not. The FOV is increased to account for the wider resolution. Which is why your two examples result in a different sensitivity. Using your paper as an example, the edge of the monitor for 4:3 is where the paper begins, while for 16:9 it is all the way to the actual edge.
  18. No, pay attention to the MouseSensitivityName= value. The output in the calculator will tell you what to look for. And the in-game sensitivity value will not be updated.
  19. Wrong location, correct location is: %LOCALAPPDATA%\TslGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor Copy and paste this entire address into your address bar
  20. The FOV fix is great, just added support for it. It is explained in the FOV notes in the game info. Basically if you use it, change the FOV to 112 in the calculator (it will reset every time you change aim, fixing this is on the todo list). The correct FOV is probably 80 vdeg, but I'll leave it as it is until there is a FOV option in the game. Mouse smoothing also makes the the aim feel a lot better, but the sensitivity is the same so no change needed.
  21. Need key for Quake Champions, do share if any of you got it!
