I'm working on Ring of Elysium, but it's a bit tricky. They tried to replicate the PUBG sensitivity, but slightly messed up the scaling. Only done hipfire so far, and it is close to PUBG but not exactly the same.

It depends on the game, but when the hipfire sensitivity is mainly used for navigating and rarely for shooting I agree. People have different preference though, but if you match a 65 FOV game to a 120 FOV game with anything else than 360 distance you'll probably run into a lot of walls. The drawback is obviously that they will feel completely different visually.

I'll have to check how the FOV affects the sensitivity. 85 is a typo, fixed now.

If you only change DPI (and it's the same on input and output) the result will always be the same because the relation between sensitivity and DPI is 1:1. The DPI in conversions will not do any difference unless you have a different DPI on the input and output, say converting from 400 to 800 DPI, then checking 400 to 1600 etc.

The old one has acceleration you can't turn off IIRC, so it can't be added unfortunately.

I'm afraid the issue is more severe than that. In fact just moving the mouse 1 count back and forth (i.e. the smallest possible movement) makes the crosshair end up in different places each time.

Acceleration is on in this game, and I can't see a way to turn it off. So I'll put it on hold until it's possible to turn it off.

Epic removed the sensitivity from the config file a couple of months ago (with version 3), so it is removed from the calculator as well. You might still have the sensitivity value in the file, but it doesn't do anything unfortunately.

This game has some acceleration, use low report rates to alleviate some of it.
