  1. The FOV type does not matter as the correct actual and config FOV will be calculated based on your selection. The idea behind changing FOV Type is so you can easily convert from one type to another. In you case you should enter 103 for Apex so it's identical to Overwatch, and the output will show you what you need to configure to get this FOV. The calculation says 1.272159 because this is the default value and you haven't changed it. If you change from 105.34 to 103 in the calculator you should get the correct value. In-game is showing the wrong values, so just ignore that. This is the default value automatically loaded when you select the game/aim. Change it to 103 in the calculator, and see the Config FOV line for what you need to configure
  2. Is the %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\profile\ folder empty?
  3. Nothing in particular that can be done about this. Apex is locked to USA 0%, so if you use something else you can only perfectly match one aim.
  4. Ok, thanks for the report. There's been a few reports about this error and Firefox, I'll see if I can recreate them and fix it.
  5. It might be because of an ad blocker, script blocker or privacy extension. Do you have any kind of these active?
  6. Use the newly added "Hipfire (Config File FOV)" aim and enter your details (set FOV Type to Vdeg, enter your resolution etc) and it will tell you the correct FOV in the output
  7. Weird, is it slow or fast? Can you PM me a copy of your config file?
  8. For config file you need to adjust a bit, like this: And if the output shows you an identical value slightly different than 1 for all scopes, just set the GstInput.SoldierZoomSensitivityAll value to this number instead of each scope. Leave them at 1.
  9. Yes, this method is superior to any other as it makes the hipfire sensitivity identical regardless of conversion method. It's not possible for all games though, but if you can match it do it. You've probably already done it, but note the config FOV in the output that shows you what you need to configure to get the desired FOV. For Apex you also have a "Config File FOV" option under aims that will show you the exact config file FOV which is 100% accurate. The in-game FOV slider is very inaccurate.
  10. Ok, try this setup (note the conversion setup!) and change any values that aren't correct for your config (resolution, DPI etc). Also note that zoom sens for BFV is set to 98 to compensate for the lack of decimals in-game. If you use config file set it to 1.
  11. All scopes are locked to a specific FOV regardless of your FOV setting, FPP or TPP.
  12. What's your zoom sens in CSGO?
  13. The entered FOV value resets because it uses a different type, so you need to select the correct FOV Type and enter the desired value after you have selected the Config File FOV option
  14. I think I know what the issues is. Bioshock Infinite is the only game I've ever encountered where the WPS setting doesn't scale to the Windows norm, i.e. 6 = 1/1 5 = 3/8 4 = 1/4 3 = 1/8 etc Instead it's: 6 = 1/1 5 = 0.8 4 = 0.6 3 = 0.4 But the code currently only supports the Control Panel WPS values (1-11), there are gaps for the registry config which are missing. I think that's what's throwing the calculation off. I'll take a closer look at this, they might even have changed the scaling since it was first analyzed for all I know.
  15. This means that your DPI is 290. But 5 cm is quite short, try with 15 for better accuracy.
  16. Where you install it shouldn't affect it, this file is located on your user account. BTW if you're unfamiliar with the variables in Windows, %USERPROFILE% is not a folder you can see on your drives, it redirects you to your users folder, i.e. C:\Users\DPI Wizard\, then the rest are folders under there. You should be able to copy this entire string into the Windows explorer address bar and you will see the file. If your still not seeing anything, try to make some changes to to the sensitivity in-game, exit and see if the file has been created.
  17. For anyone wondering about FOV: I've added a Hipfire (Config File FOV) aim to the game when you have location config file selected. Use this to calculate the correct FOV to use in the config file. Just change the FOV Type to the kind you want to convert from, and check the output for the correct config value. I'll update all config file calculations with this at a later point as it needs some code update to work properly with scopes and ADS.
  18. Which one? %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local?
  19. Use 1.194 as FOV. The conversion is correct.
  20. TPP has a locked FOV for PUBG, if you change to FPP the FOV is applied to the calculation. Note that PUBG maxes out at 103 though, it won't go over this.
  21. Not possible, the mouse input simulates a joystick so it's pretty horrible. Unless they have fixed it, let me know if so!
  22. Some games with raw input do apply WPS to the cursor, others don't. So it depends actually.
  23. The calculator automatically switches to the correct type for the game when you select it (Hdeg Res for PUBG and Vdeg for BFV). But you can change the FOV Type to any kind in the calculator and enter the desired value, and the output will show you the config FOV for the game to get this FOV. So if you change BFV to Hdeg Res and enter 103, the output will show you Config FOV 70.53.
