They calculate the zoom sensitivity the same way, where coefficient 0 and zoom sens 1 in MW is the same as zoom sens 1 in Apex.
But this calculation is based on the hipfire sensitivity of the game, that's why you get different results when the FOV isn't matched. Unless you also match hipfire using MDH 0% and not 360 distance, then everything will be matched perfectly, but that depends on if you like MDH 0% for hipfire or not.
