How exactly are you using this in the calculator?

Windows sensitivity affects in game aiming if you match!!!
DPI Wizard replied to Pyroxia's topic in Technical Discussion
You can't do anything in that spreadsheet you can't do in the calculator, can you? -
Gensis Alpha One is added!
-
MDV 133.3333%. Scalar 0 is different because the calculator uses a different ADS.
-
There's quite a lot of negative acceleration in this game, do you get the same distance if you move the mouse really slowly compared to very fast?
-
Updated Destiny now, the ADS scale was just changed from 0.5-1.5 to 5-15.
-
In this case MDH 100% would be best. The caveat is that for any matching method you choose, all others will be slightly off. So if you want flicking to the edge to be the same, tracking a moving target will be different, as will flicking to something halfway between your cross hair and edge. There is no best way for muscle memory, but the most important thing is that you stay consistent with what method you use.
-
There's several videos in the instructions post showing exactly what monitor distance is. In short 0% is tracking speed, 100% is matching the distance between the cross hair and the edge of the monitor, any other percentage is related to this. So 50% is half way between the cross hair and edge etc.

Checking it!

Yes, that works. You don't even have to convert to Apex, just selecting the All aim and entering your sensitivity will convert all scopes based on this. Do note that the default setup in the calculator is exactly the same as how Apex scales the scopes, so you will get 1 as all the values unless you have changed it. https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=0563f2c90b0f5107ce6c8148b287cd94

valorant Csgo to Valorant Sensitivity conversion is wrong
DPI Wizard replied to SZ123's topic in Technical Discussion
Please don't post misleading and directly false posts like this. The calculator gives you all the tools to do exactly what this reddit post is saying. There is nothing wrong with the Valorant conversion, and we know exactly how the conversion work... trust me. 3.181818 is the (approximate) factor used to convert 360 distance. This is correct for ANY conversion where you want the same 360 distance, which a lot of people prefer: https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=f7794e5715aefe21d34c182cb06c2668 3.3735 is the approximate factor for matching MDV 0% in 16:9: https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=ac1b63367434d146cc8a30bd00c13640 This however NOT correct for other aspect ratios, for 21:9 it is closer to 4.533 https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=eacf0e7e41f752eecb00bff8975e1254 And for 4:3 it's about 2.53: https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=1ea35feb01e719606da9bbd6c05933e6 -

Just to clarify for anyone being confused by the calculation: For left/right you enter the left/right sensitivity and the correction will be calculated. For up/down you enter the correction and up/down will be calculated. If you use the All calculation this will happen automatically.

Can someone convert my R6 ADS Sens to Apex ADS Sensivity
DPI Wizard replied to Yamyami's topic in Technical Discussion
More info is needed. Do you play 4:3 stretched or with black bars? What aim do you want converted to Apex? What FOV are you using in Apex? -
Enter your FOV for Apex using the default FOV Type (Multiplier), then select Hdeg 16:9 (so the value is converted) and use this value in MW.
-
First off, you are entering the in-game FOV for Apex, you need to enter the FOV from the config file listed in the FOV notes. All the scopes at the same value is not so strange though, since Apex uses MDV 0% as the default scaling, and this is the same as the calculator is set up to do.

Added a lot more scopes now! Still some more to do but let me know if you find a scope with a scope power from the list that doesn't seem to match. I think there might be some 4x24 that are in fact different from each other etc, still looking into it.

Games added Phantasy Star Online 2 Witch It Watch Dogs 2 Games updated Verdun - Added ADS and updated sensitivity. Escape from Tarkov - Updated sensitivity.

This worked and the game is added!

I already tried to use a VPN to get the game available on the website, but when I open it in the Windows Store it's unavailable since my account is registered in Europe. I'll see if I can around the region block with this trick though!

I'm all for realistic games, but design choices like this just result in a terrible user experience. It's not "realistic" to not know how to turn around a corner when sprinting. The delay between sprinting sensitivity and walking sensitivity is horrible, this is not how humans work Yes, I caught that! It's of great help, and I got another member willing to do the same and you guys help out a lot! Will you be able to give me a gun though? Either way scopes and aims are a good start.
