All scopes/ADS calculations are based on the stock sight for that gun, I've clarified it now and added all of them to the "All" calculation for easier use

In most cases leaving them at 40 and just adjusting the Mouse Sensitivity Scaling is enough.

Yea, it will be the same if you choose MDH 0% for the normal conversion. Which one is best is not possible to answer as people have different preferences. But MDV 0% is used by quite many for aims.

Are you editing the correct file? It's PROFSAVE_profile_synced, not PROFSAVE_profile. -
