110 Hdeg 16:9 is not the same as 1.55, Hdeg 4:3 108.5 is. Or Multiplier 110. It's probably the FOV difference that's making it feel wrong. Ideally you should use cl_fovScale 1.237600 so you have the exact same FOV in both games.

This is correct and should make the Overwatch aims feel exactly like Apex. Widowmaker scope is about the same zoom as 3X in Apex, so they should be very similar.

Doesn't seem to be available outside of Turkey. I have downloaded the game and made an account, but can't log into the launcher.

Added a new aim called "Scope (enter magnification)" now where you can manually enter the sight magnification

It depends on what you want. By keeping the same vertical FOV you can essentially use the same sensitivity, as the 4:3 view is exactly the same as the 4:3 portion of 16:9. Or you can keep the same horizontal FOV (if possible) and match the sensitivity based on what you see. So for instance flicking to the edge of 16:9 is the same as flicking to the edge of 4:3.

Added ADS sensitivity now, and updated FOV calculations so they work correctly with any aspect ratio now.

Ok, that's impossible with this game engine, your only option then is to bind a DPI switch to ADS through your mouse driver.
