Correct, the only workaround is to either change the sensitivity or to make a macro or something that changes your DPI when you aim based on the scope you use.

You have selected config file which uses a different FOV value than in-game. Select in-game as location instead

Exactly, this will always work for the DPI value For sensitivity values it does not always work though, but here it does.

To set the sensitivity in the config file, first set both Mouse Sensitivity and ADS Mouse Sensitivity to 0 in-game, then exit. Open the file [GAME FOLDER]\RaidGame\Saved\SaveGames\ControlSettings.sav in a Hex editor, like Hex Editor Neo which is free. Look for the four bytes "0ad7233c" following "Sensitivity01 FloatProperty" and "Sensitivity02 FloatProperty", these are hipfire and ADS respectively (the screenshots show 0.01 for in-game, this should be 0): Change these two to the calculated values for hipfire and ADS: Save the file and close it, then start the game and it should be perfectly matched.
