As it says in the game notes: "Third person view has acceleration, expect some discrepancy."
So because of this it's basically impossible to get a consistent third-person / vehicle sensitivity.
This is not a bug, it's how the FOV Apex works. The in-game FOV is a multiplier to the 4:3 horizontal FOV. See the Config FOV in the output here:

Set the FOV Type in Apex to the same as Warzone uses by default (Hdeg 16:9) and enter the same value (110), when the output will tell you the Config FOV to get this FOV:

So 95 is the closest you'll get with the in-game FOV.
You are using 360 distance when converting between CSGO and Valorant, while using MDV 0% when converting from Windows. If you use MDV 0% for everything you will get the same result.
