Auto FOV will change the FOV for both games to the target FOV (if the game supports it), so you end up with the same FOV in and out.

The default isn't usually Multiplier, actually less than 8% of the games use this. It will only switch to this if the game uses it. And either way it should give you any issues. You can select any FOV Type (except multiplier) and enter your desired FOV, and the output will show you the correct multiplier. What exact issues do you have with games using different FOV Types?

MDH 0% is slower when you convert from wide to narrow. It's opposite the other way, where MDH 100% is slower. If it feels very fast it might be better to use the same sensitivity as before.

This looks good and all the settings make sense. The Scale portion is mostly useful to be able to match certain game settings you are used to and convert it to other games. Using 100% is most common.
