Strange, tested it now (with scripts) and they are exactly the same. Technically you should set the apex sync FOV to 89.25, but I don't think that's what throwing you off.
Just checked it now and they've changed the naming of the sensitivity, but it seems to be the same. I might do a slight adjustment as it is off by 0.04% or so (was for the old version too), but nothing that should affect you in any significant way.
I tested a bow and a musket now, and the sensitivity and FOV is exactly the same. The camera just moves a bit closer when aiming. Unless there's other bows or muskets that actually zoom there's no need for a different calculation.
You have done MDV 0% conversion for hipfire here, and since Rogue Company is locked to a very low FOV this will make the sensitivity a lot slower and possibly not suitable for hipfire. It is usually recommended to use 360 distance instead for a more consistent feel for hipfire since you usually use it for navigation.
