  3. Yes, the game uses MDV 100%, so with MDH 100% you will have to change the sensitivity. It means exactly what it says, choose one of the calculated sensitivity options for the weapon you want to match the sensitivity too. For instance if you want the sensitivity for Swat Rifle Scope (6X), set the ADS sensitivity to the calculated value for this scope in the output.
  4. This should be correct if you want to keep the same 360 distance, since changing FOV affects the sensitivity. Unless they've updated it, checking now if I can only get into a game... Check the notes All weapons use the same ADS sensitivity setting, choose the ADS sensitivity for the weapon you prefer.

  7. You mean for the 0% discrepancy DPI, right? Adding custom rounding to this is planned, just need to adjust the user interface a bit so it doesn't get too messy.

  9. Tanks are one thing, they have a max turning speed for the turret, so in effect it acts as negative acceleration if you move too fast. This is by design though, so you can't whip the turret around as fast as you want. Transport vehicles in 3rd person are absolutely horrible for no reason though. You can't look up or down, and looking around is extremely slow (i.e. negative acceleration) and feels like moving through honey. Nothing that can be done about this, other than Dice fixing it.
  10. The config file is working correctly in MCD for me at least, on the original it's hard to get the changes to stick.
  11. It depends on your exact settings. For instance if your FOV in BF3 is 90, USA at 0 will be quite close for all aims except 1x. The only way to accurately match BF3 is to go through each aim and find the closest matching aim(s) in BF2042 based on FOV and convert between them. USA on at 0 or 100 is probably best, then adjust each scope sensitivity according to the calculation.
  12. Every single gun and scope is added now. Guns/scopes with identical sensitivity and FOV are grouper togheter.
  13. Helicopter and jet can't be added and calculated due to how the controls work. You're not really moving the mouse to turn around, so it can't be matched to anything.

  20. Too much smoothing and acceleration in this game. Tried some .ini file fixes but nothing I found solves the issue.
  21. Other than the oddity with ADS FOV on and USA off (and the 2.5x scope), everything is working as intended here. But that definitely doesn't mean it's working for everyone. It was very broken in the beta, and whatever they did to fix it might not have worked across the board. Hardware and specific settings might also be a factor.

I'm guessing this in relation to when ADS FOV is On and USA is Off the scopes do not scale properly when changing FOV (their 360 distance is fixed rather than being scaled to MDV 100%), and probably the bug with the 2.5X scope using the wrong FOV for the sensitivity calculation compared to what it actually is.
  23. Correct, I have already analyzed the vertical sensitivity and it is 1:1. The vertical value will also come up in the "All" calculations, but will obviously be the same as horizontal unless you change the Y scale settings.
