The actual zoom sensitivity depends on all four sensitivity variables and ADS FOV: Soldier Mouse Aim Sensitivity Soldier Zoom Aim Sensitivity x.xx Zoom Aim Sensitivity And if USA is on, the Coefficient Scopes 3x and below are also affected by ADS FOV If you set all zoom sensitivity to 100%, the sensitivity will scale to the Soldier Mouse Aim Sensitivity, USA on/off and ADS FOV without any multiplier. You don't need to just that calculator, the converter here does everything automatically. And more precise since that calculator does not take into account a bug in how Apex calculates zoom sensitivity ADS set to 1 in Apex is the same as using USA on, coefficient 0 and all zoom sensitivity set to 100% in BF2042. Disregarding the previously mentioned bug and assuming you match hipfire FOV. I'm not sure about your FOV in BFV, but I've used 74 in this example, and tuned the calculator settings to match your sensitivity (ADS and Scope set to MDV 100% and Scale 102.5819%). As you can see in the calculation output for BFV it perfectly matches your settings, so you can be sure that any conversion will be correct: https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=54d7a578e34831c31c90e267430dba78

Roblox sensitivity is different with the updated launcher
DPI Wizard replied to bread94's topic in Technical Discussion
Thanks, I think I see the issue so I will work on it Removing them until I solve it. If this is for every game, it's your mouse sensor that it slightly off. It's not uncommon that they are off by 5% or more, so that will impact the actual distance you move, but it will be the same for every game so it will be consistent. Have you checked it in the DPI Analyzer? -
If you match FOV and convert the hipfire sensitivity from BF1 to BF2042 you can use the same sensitivity settings for the scopes (USA OFF, ADS FOV ON). The only exception is the 2.5X which has a bug in BF2042, so you need to calculate it.

8x in BF2042 is about the same as the 10x in BF1 (it is 9.95x to be precise).

Both these are added.

They can't be combined into one because vehicles have a separate FOV setting and a separate base sensitivity. I could potentially rename "All" to "All Soldier" and make it known in the game notes that there is a separate calculation for vehicles. A lot of different aims use the same sensitivity, this is a limitation of the game. This goes for the soldier sensitivity too, where 6X and 7X both use the 6.00x Zoom Aim Sensitivity settings, and 10X and 12X both use the 10.00x Zoom Aim Sensitivity setting. So when the same sensitivity is listed multiple times with a clarification in parenthesis, you have to choose which one to use. It's the same for in-game and config file, no difference there. VehicleSensitivityDefaultTurret, VehicleSensitivityTank and VehicleSensitivityTransport are already in the calculator. The others are either not used in BF2042 (like VehicleSensitivityCavalry) or not possible to add due to how the controls work (like VehicleSensitivityPlanePilot).

Roblox sensitivity is different with the updated launcher
DPI Wizard replied to bread94's topic in Technical Discussion
Thanks for the info! I've managed to launch the new UI now, and have updated the calculations. So check again, it should be spot on -
It should probably be 0.34609, not 0.034609. Can you check the calculator output, and if it's wrong, please share a link to it Correct.

Roblox sensitivity is different with the updated launcher

Thanks for checking! I've hidden the new UI location now since it seems to be wrong. When I tested about a year ago you could only set a sensitivity between 0 and 10 in the new UI, without any decimals, I guess this has change now? I don't think it's enough for you to send me your Roblox account, it will probably still launch on my install. The new/old UI separation seems to be random. I found some old guides with tips on how to enable the new one, but none of them worked here. Either way, the config file should be the same, albeit a bit more work to edit. -
No config file, but I'll check with them if they can increase the decimal places

Roblox sensitivity is different with the updated launcher

I don't have the new UI now, so I won't be able to test. But I had it before (it reverted to the old one for me for some reason) and have a few games added to it, so if you can check if it seems correct that would be great. It's a new option under Location called "In-game (New UI)". A lot of games will be grayed out as they haven't been added to the new UI calculation yet. -
I've updated it now. It isn't actually "Degrees per Pixel" though, that's a bit misleading.

Games added Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 Brothers in Arms: Earned in Blood Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway Clownfield 2042
-
Due to how the controls in this game work it can't be added.
-
All of them are added now. Squadrons can't be added due to how the sensitivity works. Added!
