Ok, I see the issue now. In addition to adjusting the base calculation, I also fixed the FOV used in the calculation. It was using the wrong FOV before and is correct now. So the old one, while you might have gotten used to it, was wrong in terms of 360 distance.
I've added the old one back as a special option for the game, select "Old (Broken)" to use it. I suggest you convert your old sensitivity value to the new one and use this in the future as I will remove the old one
