The horizontal sensitivity should be the same, but the vertical might have to be lowered to account for the lower FOV.
You can do this by selecting "Custom" under "Y Sensitivity" and set the hipfire Y Axis to MDV:

As long as you can adjust the DPI of your mouse you can achieve the exact same result by doing that.
Technically it is a lot better too since raw input has less packet loss and you won't skip pixels like a madman.
I've added third-person now, you can select between first and third in the "View" special option.
Note that changing the distance by scrolling in or out does not change the FOV, so the sensitivity is the same regardless of distance.

But this is converting all scopes based on their FOV, and not 360 distance like in the previous example for the 1x.
That depends on what you want to match it to. If you have a specific game with dedicated scope settings (like R6), you can base it on this. If you post all your settings I'll see if I can help you.
