    What browser are you using, and do you have any adblocker, privacy or script blocking addons? Do you have the same issue in different browsers?

    Correct, the coefficient setting of "0" already matches all the scopes to the correct sensitivity, so you can leave them all at 1.

    It seems like you might be using the wrong resolution for MW2, the HFOV is wrong as if the monitor is vertical. Check this, and when you fix if you should get new sensitivity for the scopes.
