This looks correct, but there's a bit of discrepancy due to the lack of decimals in the in-game sensitivity. The only solution to this is to set the sensitivity in the config file instead.

It should say this: Unless I missed it somewhere it should point to the correct file. The options.json file is just for the max values, if you change the "value" there, the game will actually crash on launch. So the "value" setting must only be changed in the UserSettings.json file.

I'm playing right now actually so I just tested it again, and it works here: PS, make sure you do this in the [GAME FOLDER]\r6\config\settings\platform\pc\options.json file, and not the %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077\UserSettings.json file you set the actual sensitivity and FOV in.

The coefficient sets the sensitivity for all scopes, so it's just matching what CSGO uses. This way you don't really have to set the sensitivity for each individual scope, instead the coefficient controls it all.

The horizontal monitor distance changes with the aspect ratio, that's why it's better to use vertical instead.

No, to get any more accuracy you have to adjust your DPI instead, the 0% discrepancy DPI is shown if you select Advanced Mode in the calculator.

79.586, the FOV shown in-game in Apex Legends is wrong. Correct!
