    When you download Call of Duty MW 3 from 2023 through BattleNet, the folder to change sensitivity settings is (gamerprofile.0.BASE.cst). However, I downloaded the game this time through the Xbox app on PC, and the Currently folder is "gamerprofile.pc.0.BASE". Can someone add that information?
