I use 90 4:3 in R6 and 110 fov in apex

Can anyone help me convert Pre-Shadow Legacy ADS 83 to Apex legends if possible, I find using the mouse sensitivity page for me a bit too confusing. down below is Pre-Shadow Legacy but converted to the latest r6 seasons. Hello guys I'd like to know how to translate my hipfire to ads in apex but not like where its 1:1 exactly the same but with the fov difference if you know what I mean
