I don't think this is correct, I used the value the calculator gave me and the mouse sensitivity was far too slow. I'm quite sure I followed it correctly, I checked many times. It told me to use 300 dpi and 0.1 in-game setting, while my normal DPI (1800) and 0.1 felt pretty close to desired, so it's around 6 times too slow from what I can tell.
