I want to know what it is, I have no idea where to search for it myself so I'll ask here.
Oh and also the calculator for said games accounts for 4 (Shadow of Chernobyl and Clear Sky) and 8 (Call of Pripyat) decimal places, in practice the games round up sensitivity decimal places to a maximum of 5.
Could also leave a note that your sensitivity is reduced by the "control_inertion_factor" of a weapon for hip fire, and "crosshair_inertion" for ADS. Your knife, bolt, binoculars, empty hands and pistols have a control_inertion_factor of 1.0, making your hip fire sensitivity exactly what you set it to, for the pistols and binoculars the crosshair_inertion differs, probably to simulate the weight of each gun.
A value over 1.0 lowers your sensitivity and under 1.0 makes it faster, 1.1 being 10% slower and 0.9, 10% faster for example.
Also the scope_zoom_factor is the FOV change when ADS-ing, 90 being no zoom, 22.5 being a 4x zoom for example.
