  1. It should be exactly the same in terms of 360 distance. The Call of Duty series is a mixed bag of base sensitivities. While a few share sensitivity with each other, there's not really a generic CoD sensitivity you can go by. Some are the same as CSGO, some as Overwatch, others are completely unique.

    Apparently the last patch seem to have changed the sensitivity behavior to not be multipliers. I tested everything again now, and updated the calculations to reflect this change It is, I'm running the same resolution. But note that if you set e.g. 120 in the config file, it will reset to 105 if you change any setting in-game.

    This is very strange, as this is a multiplier. Meaning 1 is the same sensitivity as hipfire based on the scaling setting. So with legacy it's MDH 0%, and with relative it scales with the relative amount. So relative amount 1 is MDH 100%, if you set the MouseScopedSensitivity to 0.5, it will be twice the distance of MDH 100%. 0.07 is extremely slow, there must be something else affecting the sensitivity here, could you attach or PM your settings file so I can try it directly?
