theres no such thing as a true 1:1 sensitivity, unless ads doesnt zoom and is the exact same fov as hipfire you either match it at 360cm or 0% monitor distance vertical or 100% vertical or 133% vertical or 178% vertical (are any distance you want) you never mentioned your fov or DPI either1 point
