The only way to get the same movement to different spots on the monitor is to also match the FOV, but that's obviously only an option for hipfire.
MDV 0% is the one that makes most sense yes, but some do find it too slow on powerful scopes.
If I understand you correctly this is already supported in the calculator.
A lot of games that does not have dedicated ADS sensitivity have aim entries for ADS and scopes using the hipfire sensitivity. So you can set the ADS sensitivity at the cost of your hipfire sensitivity.
