74 vertical is equal to 90 horizontal for 4:3 aspect ratio. The game doesn't explain this very well. This is correct for you based on those settings: https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=32cf26164eb72882d5adfb8aa3479de7 The FOV of the scopes is based on 55 yes, but this doesn't affect the relative sensitivity. All it means is that the magnification will not be based on your configured FOV.1 point -

The game has a bug where it rounds the FOV to nearest whole number before calculating the ADS sensitivity, so the calculator accounts for this bug.1 point
