Sensitivity is in increments of 0.1 and hipfire is unaffected by FOV. Hipfire FOV settings are a slider from 65 to 120 but actual FOV is the same as MCC. Haven't checked scopes much but there are individual sliders for every zoom level. Only in increments of 0.1 though which makes it a bit less useful.
