    Doom Eternal

After a ~250MB patch on Steam today, setting the sensitivity using the console command now saves, so no more need for the launch option.

  4. Vertical and horizontal is the same as long as the aspect ratio is the same. But if you convert from say 16:9 to 21:9 then they will be different. Vertical will keep the sensitivity in the 16:9 portion of the monitor the same, while horizontal will adjust the sensitivity to the increased horizontal FOV.

  5. Is there a reason why you're using MDV over MDH? I have only used MDH so far. And are you sure Apex used MDV 0, not MDH 0? MDH 0 gives me Sens 1 on all optics. edit: From another thread: "You are converting from the ADS sensitivity, so the matching method used is the ADS one which is MDV 0%." Again, V over H.

  6. Try the different settings in Apex and see which one you like the best. Start with all scopes set to 1 (this is MDV 0%). If the scopes are too slow, use the calculator to find the scopes sensitivity for e.g. MDV 100% (this is the same as MDH 56.25% in your example) and so on until you find a scope match that feels good.

  7. Default for Apex is MDV 0% (all scopes set to sensitivity 1) which is also a a highly recommended match. But some might find it too slow, then MDH 75% or 100% are good options to try.
