    Set the value to 2 in calculator and see the output for the re-calculated sensitivity numbers. As for what the numbers mean, the instructions will answer most of your questions. As for other games, keep the setup and input game (Siege) as it is and just select a new game for the output.

    You need to use the settings from my screenshot. ADS and scope settings, location, FOV for MW etc.

    Unless you convert directly from ADS, the ADS sens will be calculated based on the setup and should match your settings. If you set it up like this (pay attention to the ADS and Scope setup) both ADS and ACOG matches your siege settings, and will be converted to the low and high zoom sens for MW.
