    Ok, the values don't appear until you have changed them in-game, so change them and click apply, exit the game then check the file.

    Now Idk what mouse you have, but even if you like 400 dpi you could try out like 450 or 600 dpi if your mouse supports that? Or if you only have steps like 400/800 ect ect. Try use 800 instead. and 1.0 in csgo. and see how it is for you. Also did you make sure to turn off all mouse acceleration ( enhanced pointer precision) in windows!? Also use raw mouse input in csgo!
