Use your Overwatch settings as the base for all your calculations, and choose either Viewspeed or Monitor Distance. Viewpseed in its current form is about the same as 70% Monitor Distance. When it comes to what % to choose, it's really down to personal preference, but a lot of games where you can't adjust scope sensitivity do either 75% or 100% by default between hipfire and scopes. A few also do 0%. But 75% (or Viewspeed) seems like a reasonable middle ground. Some might also prefer to match hipfire with 360 distance instead of the others, so they have better muscle memory of turning 180 degrees etc. For scopes you must always do Viewspeed or Monitor Distance.
