How do you know if individual FPS games default to MDV or MDH, and if they default to 0% or 100% or 133%? I don't understand any of this.

Does APEX default to MDV0% or MDV133%， and PUBG, is it MDV0% or MDV133%?

Apex is MDV 0% (with a rounding function, so it can be a fraction off), PUBG is MDH 100%.
