What's Best Conversion methods?

I'm new to this and trying to figure out what's the best for tracking and flicking. Not sure if the Jedi is the best one for that case or something else.

That's good for flicking. For tracking MDV 0% is better.

That will be in the middle yes, tracking will not be the same between zoom levels, but it will be closer than MDV 177.77%. Flicks to the halfway point between the crosshair and (top) edge will be the same, but flicks to the edge will be different.
