Please support from 1920x1080 to 1280x960 (CS2)

Good evening. 
Please help me. 
I had a sense of 0.57 (1600DPI in CS 2 1920x1080, I want to change to 1280x960, what sense is now needed to be similar to HD

The 360 distance does not change when you change aspect ratio, neither does the vertical sensitivity. So it depends on what you want to achieve.

Did I understand correctly that my sens should remain the same as it was, so that I feel good in the new aspect ratio?

It depends, for horizontal sensitivity there might be differences if you play stretched, the 360 distance will stay the same though. If it's not stretched, then everything is basically the same.

It's stretched and I feel sens faster... so I'm looking for a way to find a similar one

Then you should either match the sensitivity using MDH 100% or MDH 0%. They both require premium subscription though.
