R6 to Apex

Can anyone help me convert Pre-Shadow Legacy ADS 83 to Apex legends if possible, I find using the mouse sensitivity page for me a bit too confusing. 

down below is Pre-Shadow Legacy but converted to the latest r6 seasons.

What FOV and hipfire sensitivity do you use?

I use 90 4:3 in R6 and 110 fov in apex

Ok. 83 for 1x ADS is basically the same 360 distance, so this setup will match the pre-shadow conversion you have done, with the exception of the 12x which was completely different back then:

So to convert to Apex, just select that in the convert to sections:
