How does Payday 2 scale mouse sensitivity if 'FOV Relative Sensitivity' option is on?

Exactly what the title says. Does anyone know how they scale it? Like what percentage of monitor distance or if some other method they use? Many thanks

They scale it to the 4:3 FOV like CSGO etc, so MDV 133.3333%.
