blorgus1 Posted April 3, 2023 Posted April 3, 2023 ive been trying to convert my ads sens to my hipfire sens on bf2042. no matter what I try nothing seems to perfectly match them up. i have USA on and my coefficient is 133 atm. has anyone else had problems converting hipfire to ads sens?
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted April 3, 2023 Wizard Posted April 3, 2023 It depends on what expect and what you mean by 1:1 https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/forums/topic/6396-instructions/?do=findComment&comment=28847
blorgus1 Posted April 3, 2023 Author Posted April 3, 2023 i want my hipfire sens to match my sens with every sight in game. I've been messing with the calculator for a min and it never seems to match up 100%

Flick distance? You can only match one.
blorgus1 Posted April 3, 2023 Author Posted April 3, 2023 sorry. im still new to this stuff. i mean 360 distance
Wizard DPI Wizard Posted April 3, 2023 Wizard Posted April 3, 2023 1 minute ago, blorgus1 said: sorry. im still new to this stuff. i mean 360 distance That is usually not recommended for scopes as they will be incredibly sensitivity and make aiming really hard. But you can do it by setting the ADS and scope conversion to 360 distance, as long as the calculated sensitivity is not out of range (as it will be for a lot of games).
blorgus1 Posted April 3, 2023 Author Posted April 3, 2023 so if the game sens doesnt go high enough is there not much I can do to fix it?

blorgus1 Posted April 3, 2023 Author Posted April 3, 2023 i used 260 distance for the sens conversion and it still doesn't feel right for the lower zoom scopes and sights. is this something I'm doing wrong?

Why can’t I use the monitor distance method for this?

You can, and should, because it's better than 360 distance for ADS and scope in most cases, but you said this earlier: 3 hours ago, blorgus1 said: sorry. im still new to this stuff. i mean 360 distance
