philheath Posted March 29, 2023 Posted March 29, 2023 lets say 27 inch 1440p make it appear 24 inches (no scaling in nvidia) with black borders around 27/24 = 1.125 2560 / 1.125 = 2276 1440 / 1.125 = 1280 is this correct? because chatgpt gives different answers, actually 2 different what is the correct method? i am so confused, because i even saw 27 the new asus 360hz 1440p has a 25 inch mode and its 2368 x 1332, the diagonal size is really 26.8 inches according to rtings website, but i dont see how it gets that resolution, unless its not exactly 25 inches highly confusing, and im not good at maths
